SEN Resource Provision Team Member

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Paddox Primary School. As a member of our SEN Resource Provision Team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with SEMH needs.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with complex needs. They will work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans and maintain accurate records of student progress.
In addition, they will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, show enthusiasm and a sense of humour while fostering a positive ethos, and maintain high standards of practice and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements- Level 2 or above qualification in SEN Teaching Assistance
