Job Description:
This role requires an experienced EYFS/KS1 teacher to lead the development of SEN education programs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs and will be able to design and implement effective strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEN education programs that meet the needs of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and expertise.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

Salary Range:
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
