We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SENCO to join our team of dedicated teachers and hard-working pupils. As an SENCO, you will play a vital role in ensuring that school policies and procedures are in line with the latest governmental SEN policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement school policies to ensure inclusivity for students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for teaching students with learning disabilities.
- Lead SEN training for teachers and teaching assistants to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Assess student needs and provide recommendations for support.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior teachers and parents.
