Education Support Professional

LTF Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced and compassionate Education Support Professional to support a Year 6 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural needs in a mainstream school in Rugby.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD, providing tailored support to meet individual needs and promoting inclusion within the classroom environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery
- Providing one-to-one support to the pupil with ASD
- Maintaining accurate records of progress and behaviour
We offer a competitive salary of £90-£105 per annum, paid term-time only, plus excellent benefits. The successful candidate will be based at a supportive and inclusive mainstream school in Rugby, CV22.
