About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SENCO to lead our SEN team and provide strategic direction on SEN-related matters. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes for students with special educational needs.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • A strong background in SEN, with experience of working in a school setting.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
