We are seeking an outstanding SEN teaching assistant to join our team in Rugby. This exciting opportunity provides a chance to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with challenging behaviour or SEND.
About the JobThis full-time position requires a dedicated individual to work closely with experienced education consultants and teachers. Your key responsibilities will include supporting pupils with challenging behaviour or SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Key Responsibilities- Providing one-to-one support and small group tuition to encourage progression and help pupils reach their full potential
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals to develop effective support strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and updating them regularly
A level 3 qualification/degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education (or equivalent) is required. The estimated salary for this position is £28,500 per annum, offering competitive rates of pay dependent on experience.
