We are seeking an outstanding SEN teaching assistant to join our team in Rugby. This exciting opportunity provides a chance to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with challenging behaviour or SEND.

About the Job

This full-time position requires a dedicated individual to work closely with experienced education consultants and teachers. Your key responsibilities will include supporting pupils with challenging behaviour or SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing one-to-one support and small group tuition to encourage progression and help pupils reach their full potential
  2. Working collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals to develop effective support strategies
  3. Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and updating them regularly
Requirements and Salary

A level 3 qualification/degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education (or equivalent) is required. The estimated salary for this position is £28,500 per annum, offering competitive rates of pay dependent on experience.
