Inclusive Education Lead

This Academic SEN Tutor position presents an exciting chance for a skilled educator to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic support to students with SEN, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
Responsibilities- Design and implement targeted interventions to address specific learning needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and refine lesson plans, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, using data to inform instruction and drive improvement.
- Engage with parents and carers to share information, celebrate successes, and discuss areas for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN education, applying new knowledge and strategies to improve student outcomes.
