Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of UK and international affiliate programs, including managing programs through network partners and instructing account managers.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Assist with new business proposals and pitches, and work to ensure smooth new program launches and migrations.
  • Research and contact prospective affiliates for our clients' campaigns, including approaching large volume driving websites and smaller, long-tail influencers and bloggers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, and work to ensure compliance with client program terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and report on affiliate activity, and update creative, offers, and promotions on behalf of clients.
  • Research seasonal sector trends and new geo market insights, and work with the affiliate networks and affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, and ensure clients are informed of Assembly's sustainability offering and credentials.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network, or agency side.
  • Organized and efficient approach to work, with the ability to prioritize effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret client briefs and clearly communicate details of partnerships, promotions, and campaigns with partners and publishers.
  • Experience in dealing with one or multiple affiliate platforms and technologies, such as Awin, CJ, Partnerize, and Impact.
