Customer Care Administrator Role

Marlowe Fire & Security is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Administrator to join our team based in Salford. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with excellent administration and computer skills. You should have a customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve customer queries and provide exceptional service.
