About the Role

Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join their project team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all project information, ensuring accuracy, up-to-dateness, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain project information, including documents, records, and data.
  • Ensure compliance with company information management policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and communication to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Maintain control and traceability of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistent information management practices.
Requirements
  • Experience in document control with a strong understanding of document management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools, including CDE, Field Management, MS Teams, M365, EDocuments, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and organization of documents.
