Sales Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the profitable growth of our innovative abrasive portfolio across various industrial manufacturing businesses.
This is a field-based role that requires travel up to 80% domestic territory. You will work closely with our channel partner sales reps, building strong relationships and developing joint business plans. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets by increasing market share through new end-user conversions.
- Building a strong pipeline of new opportunities and closing wins as required under sales plans.
- Utilizing the Customer Relationship Database (SF.com) as a territory management and sales planning tool.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary consisting of base pay and OTE (incentive plan), company car, and pension scheme.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in industrial market sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using IT tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
