About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with Autism, learning and physical disabilities, forensic, alcohol and drug-related brain injuries, and behaviors of concern.

The role involves assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, and providing emotional support. You will also assist individuals with moving and handling, personal care, and maintaining relationships with family and friends.

Some individuals have their own mobility cars, and we would love it if you had a full UK manual driving license, but this is not mandatory.
