Florence, a pioneering healthcare tech specialist, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to support its growth across the UK.

As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base among social care providers, including care homes, supported living services, and mental health organizations.

Your primary objective will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to establish strong ties with customers and colleagues, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Business Development or Sales Account Executive roles, with a deep understanding of the social care industry. A personable approach, ability to form trusting relationships, and experience working with CRM software are essential.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum) plus discretionary bonuses, car allowance, 25 days annual leave, standard pension contributions, private healthcare insurance, and enhanced parental leave.
