We are seeking an innovative Social Care Excellence Leader to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional care and support services. As a leader in our organisation, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies that promote excellence in social care, driving quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create positive relationships that promote engagement, wellbeing, and practice development.
  • Provide confidential and sensitive support to staff members experiencing work-related challenges or personal difficulties using a trauma-informed approach.
  • Work in partnership with the operational leader to ensure effective rota management and administrative tasks for the team.
Requirements
  • HQSVQ Level 3 or SSSC Registration.
  • Previous experience in social care or a related field, preferably within the Scottish social care context.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cross-working with staff members across all organisational levels, individuals we support, their families, and external stakeholders.

Salary: £30,869.70 - £32,394.88 per annum pro rata.
