Multilingual Medical Information Specialist

ProPharma is seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Information Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing medical and safety information to external customers, including healthcare professionals and consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Provide accurate and timely medical information responses in accordance with regulatory requirements and client policies
- Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints
- Translate English documents into target languages and deliver translated responses
- Ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines and maintain quality in all areas of the job
Requirements:
- Life science degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Strong translation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively
