Medical Information Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely medical information to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer technical questions and provide medical information to clients in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Translate English documents into target languages and vice versa.
  • Recognize and report adverse events and defective product reports in compliance with agreed SOPs and WPs.
  • Log all enquiries in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Manage confidential information in line with Data Privacy regulations.
  • Perform quality checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • A completed Pharmacy or life science degree.
  • Mother tongue/C1 level in target language and fluency in English.
  • Strong translation skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
