As a key member of our Medical Information Contact Center, you will play a critical role in providing medical and safety information to external customers, including healthcare professionals and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate and timely medical and safety information.
  • Translate English documents into Portuguese and vice versa, ensuring high-quality translations that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situation events, and product complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Life science degree or nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS) or pharmacy degree.
  • Fluency in Portuguese to mother tongue level.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong translation skills and ability to write in a fluent and grammatically correct manner in Portuguese.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading, professional telephone etiquette, and empathetic customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong cognitive abilities, including verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical ability.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail within restrictive timeframes, including sound planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
