Medical Information Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely medical information to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer technical questions and provide medical information to clients in a professional and confident manner.
  • Comply with client-specific working practices and protocols.
  • Recognize and report adverse events and defective product reports in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Translate English documents into target languages and deliver translated responses to clients.
  • Use standard responses to prepare medical information correspondence and quality check responses.
  • Log all enquiries accurately and comprehensively.
  • Manage confidential information in accordance with data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain awareness of legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with medical information provision.
Requirements:
  • A completed life science degree.
  • Mother tongue/C1 level in target language and fluency in English.
  • Strong translation skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
