Pertemps Stoke Transport Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our client in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of inbound and outbound paperwork
  • Perform administrative and filing duties with high attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with transport legislation and regulations
  • Schedule transportation services, plan routes, and assign drivers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a transport office is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and process management skills
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Working Conditions:

Typically Monday to Friday, night shifts (must be flexible to cover day shifts when required)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST4

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Salary: Competitive, including night shift allowance
