About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team at Page Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a lead role in providing guidance to the business on how to operate within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production, quarterly submission, annual review, and ongoing monitoring of the Performance Standards Report, including Operational Performance Metrics (OPMs) across the organization.
  • Support the business in delivering its Annual Business Plan, Budget, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including ongoing monitoring.
  • Lead the delivery of the s.6 Board Assurance Statement and enterprise-wide guidance on commercial regulatory assurance.
  • Provide commercial regulatory guidance to the business in support of its innovation pipeline and Enabling Agreement arrangements, including regulatory commercial approvals and Estimated Implementation Cost (EIC) support as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in performance management and business planning gained in either the public or private sector.
  • Bright, highly analytical, and intellectually agile, able to learn and manage complexity quickly.
  • High level of integrity while also able to successfully partner with the business in meaningful ways through building trusting relationships and connections.
  • A strong collaborator, influencer, listener, to build consensus and a constructive working relationship across the organization.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 PA, plus benefits and bonus.
