We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant with a Level 3 Diploma in Care (or equivalent). This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while developing your own skills and knowledge.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Develop and lead the care team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Care (or equivalent) and relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
