Senior Building Surveyor

The role of a Senior Building Surveyor at Fusion People Ltd involves collaborating on diverse projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and new build projects across various locations. As a key member of a busy and professional team, you will provide a variety of services, including building pathology, design, project management, building surveys, and contract administration. Your responsibilities will include producing plans, sections, and detail drawings for construction using AutoCAD, as well as producing, submitting, and managing planning, building regulation, and listed building applications. You will also carry out site inspections and surveys, write Building Survey reports, and mentor junior members of staff.

Requirements:
Hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree, knowledge and substantial post-degree experience of building surveying, proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk AutoCAD, and NBS software, practical experience of applying knowledge of the RICS competence elements in a number of projects, and a full UK driving license and ability to travel when required.
