A leading Building Design Consultancy in the North of England is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of Surveyors, Engineers, and Architects. The company offers a broad range of services in Building Surveying, Civil & Structural, Highways, and Drainage Engineering, with a consistent stream of workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to meet objectives and complete assignments to programme and budget
• Oversee the technical delivery of schemes
• Engage with new clients to secure new partnerships and progress business development opportunities
• Prepare specifications, tender, and contract documents
• Prepare and present technical and progress reports

Requirements:
• Chartered Engineer, Surveyor, or Architect (ARB, RIBA, CEng, or RICS)
• Experience in the conceptual and delivery phases of projects
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
