Net Temps Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of construction projects in the local authority sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Ensure all site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and daily reports, are up-to-date.
Requirements:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- Proven experience in managing construction projects in a variety of sectors.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and health and safety laws.
- Full UK driving licence.
