About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Resilience Tooling Manager to join our Chief Data and Analytics Office within Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our Data Resilience team, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, colleagues, and markets by ensuring we comply with regulatory requirements for operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Data Resilience team to determine data requirements, data flows, and data resilience strategies.
  • Work with the LBG ServiceNow Centre of Excellence to shape the required E2E solution, integration, and automation of the ServiceNow solution.
  • Support the LBG ServiceNow Centre of Excellence during Platform Upgrades, ensuring the Data Resilience solution is fully functional on all available environments.
  • Facilitate Data Resilience MI & Reporting Outputs for core LBG Governance forums.
  • Support and coordinate the on-going demand for training and knowledge share of the Data Resilience Solution.
Requirements
  • A working knowledge of ServiceNow development with the ability to shape the solution, support requirement definition, and work with ServiceNow dev's to deliver.
  • An expert level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform: ITSM, CMDB, GRC, INS-PI.
  • A good understanding of various classes within CMDB and relationships in ServiceNow (messaging queues, batches, unstructured data, applications, datastores etc.).
  • Full awareness of the business analysis artefacts (state diagrams, workflow orchestration, user stories, data model, metadata) and have a proven track record of producing these documents.
  • Experience and confidence in running workshops and engaging customers with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology and able to contribute to various Agile processes such as Daily Stand-up, Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review.
  • A strong knowledge of concepts of Data Resilience & regulatory demands.
