Data Resilience Tooling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Resilience Tooling Manager to join our Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) within Lloyds Banking Group.
The successful candidate will partner with our team to understand requirements and define them into user stories, seeing them through development, testing, and release into the Live environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Data Resilience team to determine what data is required for IBSs, how that data flows, and how we can make the data and processes around data more resilient.
- Work with LBG ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE) to shape the required E2E solution, the integration and automation of the ServiceNow solution.
- Support LBG ServiceNow Centre of Excellence during Platform Upgrades, ensuring the Data Resilience solution is fully functional on all available environments.
- Facilitate Data Resilience MI & Reporting Outputs for core LBG Governance forums.
- Support and coordinate the on-going demand for training and knowledge share of the Data Resilience Solution.
- A working knowledge of ServiceNow development with the ability to shape the solution, support requirement definition, and work with ServiceNow dev's to deliver.
- An expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform: ITSM, CMDB, GRC, INS-PI.
- A good understanding of various classes within CMDB and relationships in ServiceNow (messaging queues, batches, unstructured data, applications, datastores, etc.).
- Full awareness of the business analysis artefacts (state diagrams, workflow orchestration, user stories, data model, metadata) and have a proven track record of producing these documents.
- Experience and confidence in running workshops and engaging customers with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in Agile Methodology and able to contribute to various Agile processes such as Daily Stand-up, Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review.
- A strong knowledge of concepts of Data Resilience & regulatory demands.
- Previous experience in setting up a Data Pillar from scratch.
- Completed Solution Architecture and business analysis qualifications or in the process of completing them.
