Patient Access Officer

We are seeking a Patient Access Officer to join our team at The Portland Hospital. As a vital part of our Patient Access department, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless patient experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the hospital database during the patient journey.
- Formally pre-registering or registering all patients onto HCA databases.
- Ensuring all relevant patient documents are signed and scanned to the patient accounts.
- Responding to telephone, written, and face-to-face queries.
- Managing patient waiting areas to ensure the Patient Access Service runs smoothly.
