Front of House Support Specialist

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting the profitable sale of Workshop Services and Products, and assisting with parts supply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive reputation for our dealership.
- Identifying service parts requirements and preparing depot actions to meet customer needs.
- Supporting counter sales customers by identifying required parts and collaborating with team members.
- Carrying out efficient invoicing and administration systems for the Service Department.
- Liaising with the Workshop Foreman to optimize Workshop loading and ensure efficiency and profitability.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday rising with service, contributory pension scheme matched up to 5%, health cash plan, employee discounts, cycle to work scheme, and more.
