Are you looking for a role where you can utilize your administration and customer service experience to support a facilities management team? As a Facilities & Property Administrator, you will be responsible for assigning resources, liaising with contractors, responding to queries, and providing reception cover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Allocation: Assign and contact relevant resources (in-house/contractor) to attend.
  • Liaison with Contractors: Liaising with contractors to log, progress and attain updates on reactive work orders and PPMs.
  • Query Resolution: Responding to queries, amending data and re-issuing tasks/work orders as and when required.
  • Reception Support: Providing cover and support for reception, answering calls, arranging couriers and sorting post, arranging hotel books for employees, as and when necessary.
  • Vendor Management: Support with new vendor set-up procedures, attaining/filing and keeping track of relevant legal documents, maintaining the approved contractor tracker.

This is a full-time position based in an office environment with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, discretionary annual bonus and benefits. Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30, 100% office based. Onsite parking available.
