We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to a young child with complex health needs in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to the child, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist with managing the child's clinical equipment and medical needs.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the child, their family, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Kind and caring nature, with a genuine interest in supporting children with complex needs.
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work a variable schedule.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
