Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at National Care Group in Chelmsford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and hobbies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role (not required but desirable)
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
