Job Title: Front Desk Support Position

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a front desk support position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills, good time management skills, and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the front of house reception.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite manner.
  • Resolve maintenance issues in partnership with the Facilities Manager.
  • Process post and special deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date telephone contact lists and intranet information.
  • Monitor health & safety matters and ensure compliance.
  • Process purchase orders for the department, obtaining required approval.
  • Organize contractors and third-party suppliers as needed.
  • Provide general support and administration for the Facilities Manager.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior administrative or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel and Word).
