Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols to minimize the risk of injuries and accidents.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of our venues and equipment to identify potential hazards.
  • Analyze and investigate player safety incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to player safety.
  • Communicate safety information and protocols to guests and staff.

Critical Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in safety management or a related role.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
