At Topgolf, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. As a Player Safety Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our players and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols to minimize the risk of injuries and accidents.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of our venues and equipment to identify potential hazards.
- Analyze and investigate player safety incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to player safety.
- Communicate safety information and protocols to guests and staff.
Critical Skills and Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in safety management or a related role.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
