Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our Estates Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional electrical maintenance to the estate, ensuring the efficient operation and safety of all electrical systems and associated items in compliance with current standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and quarterly RCD functionality checks
  • Monthly emergency light tests and annual drop tests on the estate's electrical systems
  • Generating minor works and electrical installation certificates for completed tasks
  • Assisting with the supervision and monitoring of external contractors

Requirements:

  • Qualification in inspection and testing
  • Approved Electrician with an ECS Gold card
  • Ability to work a 7-day shift rota and participate in out-of-hours call-outs
