Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of our venues and equipment to identify potential hazards.
  • Analyze and investigate player safety incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to player safety.
  • Communicate safety information and protocols to guests and staff.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in safety management or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
