Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and prevent injuries.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of our venues and equipment to identify potential hazards.
- Analyze and investigate player safety incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to player safety.
- Communicate safety information and protocols to guests and staff.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in safety management or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
