Learning Disabilities and Autism Lead

We are seeking an experienced Registered DCA Manager to lead a team of professionals providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. This is a full-time and permanent position offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
