Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional for a Disability Care Leadership Role at Premier Recruitment Group Limited. As a leader in the field of mental health, learning disabilities, and autism, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct and hands-on operational and commercial leadership for a team of Service Managers.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to Service Users.
  • Provision of high-quality services while maximizing profitability.
  • Reviewing and monitoring eligibility criteria and charging policies against which services will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the production and achievement of operational budgets for the services in your area.
  • Embedding 'Care Pathways' across the area.
  • Ensuring all services comply with and adhere to internal company policies, procedures, and external legislation, including CQC, SP, Preferred Provider, and Local Authority contractual standards.
  • Managing individual performance, promoting CPD, and effectively addressing underperformance.
  • Ensuring relevant supervision for all staff.
  • Improving efficiencies without compromising quality or safety for Service Users or staff.

Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
