Registered Manager for Residential Service

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead a residential service in the Portsmouth area, providing care for adults with diverse needs.

This role offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum and provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality person-centred care, encouraging service users to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities) is essential.
  • A QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent is required.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate strong staff management skills and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
  • Determination to achieve outstanding results and deliver high-quality care is crucial.
