HCP Group in Portsmouth, Hampshire is seeking an Automotive Service Leadership Role to join its team. As an experienced Aftersales manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Service and Parts departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Service and Parts departments to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Set and manage performance targets, driving individual and departmental success.
- Ensure all processes and procedures meet company and industry standards.
- Report to the Head of Business, taking full responsibility for the Aftersales division's financial performance.
- Develop targeted campaigns to capitalise on commercial opportunities within specific market sectors.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in Aftersales management within a car dealership environment.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive high levels of performance.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, leading by example.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, with an OTE of £80,000.
