Customer Service Specialist

At Yorkshire Building Society, we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Branch Network team.

About the Role
- You'll work closely with our branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported.
- You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, growing our membership base and driving business growth.
- You'll stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product developments to provide expert advice to our members.
- You'll identify opportunities to improve our processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.

Salary and Benefits
Our salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
