About the Role

  • You'll work closely with our branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported.
  • You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, growing our membership base and driving business growth.
  • You'll stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product developments to provide expert advice to our members.
  • You'll identify opportunities to improve our processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.

Salary and Benefits

Our salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
