Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving complex customer issues, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of progressive customer service experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
Language Requirements
Turkish and English language proficiency is required.
