As a Customer Service Representative at Covetrus, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences through your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for answering calls in a timely and appropriate manner, escalating technical questions to the Technical Support Specialist team as necessary, and processing telephone orders directly into the ERP system accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Escalating technical questions to the Technical Support Specialist team
  • Processing telephone orders and providing accurate information to customers
  • Inputting orders received by email or other means and responding to customers as required
  • Processing, amending, and releasing web orders to the warehouse
  • Inputting key account orders as requested
  • Following up on courier issues and logging failures in the correct location
  • Confirming customer requirements for items on back order and canceling or releasing orders as necessary
  • Recording complaints and following up on end-to-end order process errors
  • Issuing returns forms and returns numbers to customers as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a highly commercial customer service department within a sales-focused organization
  • Education to GCSE or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and in-house bespoke systems
