About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Ops Manager to join our Marketing team at Canda | Embedded Talent solutions | B Corp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our CRM operations, data strategy, and platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability for Braze, including data feeds, re-contracting forecasting, platform functionality, and usage.
  • Lead on CRM Ops best practice, data strategy, and platform strategy.
  • Support the team in creating and maintaining efficient workflows using Asana and other third-party tools.
  • Collaborate with CRM Leads on designing and building automation programs and ad-hoc campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to shape campaigns and comms agendas, Product teams to ensure journey consistency, and Data and Creative teams to execute.
  • Serve as the CRM Ops specialist and mentor to the extended Partner Marketing team.
Requirements
  • Significant experience with major CRM solutions, ideally Braze.
  • Expert knowledge of email and messaging best practice, set-up, and deliverability requirements.
  • Very good knowledge of scripting languages, such as Liquid, and ability to solve coding challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS coding for email comms.
  • Good understanding of data flows and data infrastructure, including data arrays and JSON-formatted data.
  • Experience using APIs/real-time events data for segmentation or personalisation.
Desirable Skills
  • Previous use of Braze and data integration.
  • Knowledge of wider utilities/financial service/consumer issues and products.
  • Recent experience working in a Financial Services/Utilities company.
  • Good SQL skills for data validation and QA.
  • Experience with various data transfer and configuration file formats.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools.
