We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Ops Manager to join our Marketing team at Canda | Embedded Talent solutions | B Corp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our CRM operations, data strategy, and platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize data feeds in and out of Braze, including re-contracting forecasting, platform functionality, and usage.
- Lead on CRM Ops best practice, data strategy, and platform strategy.
- Support the team in creating and maintaining efficient workflows using Asana and other third-party tools.
- Collaborate with CRM Leads to design and build automation programs and ad-hoc campaigns in the marketing automation platform.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to shape campaigns and comms agendas, Product teams to ensure journey consistency, and Data and Creative teams to execute.
- Serve as the CRM Ops specialist and mentor to the extended Partner Marketing team.
About You
We are looking for a technical expert with significant experience using major CRM solutions, ideally Braze. You should have expert knowledge of email and messaging best practice, scripting languages, and data flows. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a self-starter mentality.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience with Braze and data integration.
- Knowledge of utilities, financial services, and consumer issues.
- Recent experience working in a Financial Services/Utilities company.
- Good SQL skills for data validation and QA.
- Experience with data transfer and configuration file formats.
- Awareness of data security and privacy requirements.
