Job Summary

Brunel University London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a critical role in handling applications from UK, EU, and International students for a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process applications using a large database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with the Admissions team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of UK, EU, and International education qualifications, as well as higher education admissions policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and engage with diverse applicant pools

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including databases and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of higher education admissions policies and procedures, as well as UK, EU, and International education qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
