Contact Centre Sales and Service Position

We are looking for a talented sales professional to fill a challenging yet rewarding role in our Contact Centre. This position comes with an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

As a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and maximising revenue opportunities across various communication channels. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to work under pressure.
