National Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our national sales team and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in the building materials sector and a strong reputation with national merchants, buying groups, and independents.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a national sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Upskilling and training the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Supporting the national sales manager and key account managers to maximise relationships and revenues
- Representing the company at industry events across the UK
- Full P&L responsibility and identifying areas for growth
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
