Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Customs Brokerage business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales and revenue.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to win large and SME opportunities in customs brokerage.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of commercial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and close deals with key account owners.
  • Work closely with teams to develop strategic target account plans and respond to RFQ or RFI inquiries.
  • Evaluate and review opportunities for cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of National Customs Brokerage to identify targets and develop pricing models.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Experience in logistics, industry, and/or customs brokerage.
  • Business process improvement and implementation experience.
  • Strong commercial skills and understanding of the customs market.
  • Project and time management skills, including the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Understanding of operational and financial management aspects.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong computer skills and technology acumen.
