National Sales Manager

We are a leading brand in the building materials supply industry, with significant growth over the last 20 years. Our plan for the next five years is to diversify and double our turnover through increasing our product portfolio and supporting our end-user customers to educate them on our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, engage, and inspire a national sales team of 18
- Upskill and train your team to achieve a common goal
- Understand current skills and gaps to support the national sales manager and key account managers
- Represent the business at industry events across the UK
- Full P&L responsibility
- Proven track record in sales leadership
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of the building materials supply industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
