About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our National Sales team at TP Managed Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our national customers, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of national customers, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer needs and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a national sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer relationship management.
